The Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling were grown on Mount Canobolas, Orange.
The varieties were barrel fermented separately in older French barrels, and stored on lees for 6 months prior to blending
The wine is light golden yellow in colour with green tinges. This wine has fresh fruity (grapefruit / stonefruit) aromas. A rich and complex texture on the palate due to the oak and the blend of grapes, with a long lasting finish.
Great with Asian cuisine, Mediterranean pasta and salad.

Pinot grigio, riesling, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc, aged in oak and held back a touch prior to release.
Plenty of rind, grapefruit and lime, with a rush of citrussy flavour washing through the palate. This is a successful release. Sweet musk and woodsmoke characters ride the train of citrus. Exuberant in a controlled way.
Blend of pinot grigio, riesling, chardonnay and sauvignon. As you’d expect, it hardly lacks aroma. It’s all floral and peachy with a burst of lime. The palate carries the same flavours but is more elegant and slender than you’d expect. A beaming smile but a slight body. Musk, bath salts, melon and lime. Pretty handy wine, especially for the lunch table.
A blend of Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Ranges sure to pass the roast chook test.
Fermented and aged separately in oak before blending. Toasty and vanilla characters coming through. Smells a bit cheesy too. Some weight adds another dimension. Preserved lemon and citrusy drive build nice momentum. It just feels good in the mouth thanks to a good brush of texture. An extra point for that.
